As you know, and for the board's benefit, KOPN is one of the largest suppliers of high performance transisters for power amplifiers in CDMA devices as they supply Conexant (now Skytel?) and Anadigics among others. Their vendors do not seem to have the "favored nation" status with Q that RFMD as for whatever reason.
