So, it's OK to rid the world of a tyrant in the Balkans who was a threat to no one but the people inside the borders of the former Yugoslavia, but not to rid it of Saddam Hussein? Why? Because that was relatively easy and wouldn't disrupt the economy, but this might hurt sales in silly valley? Hmm.

BTW, Russia was none too happy about NATO action on their doorstep in the Balkans, particularly against their kissing-cousins in Serbia.
