I can explain that:

1. Look at SPX and VIX. SPX crossed under 61.8% retracement (low 10/02 and high 12/02). VIX is showing it.

2. Look at NDX and VXN. NDX is about 49% retracement. VXN is showing it...also QQV.

They're not selling techs as aggressive as others. Period!
