I wouldn't be so quick to judge the latest release as bearish... This company does have a niche market and may be seeking additional funds to finally make it happen..... and remember..the largest shareholders are insiders...they generally don't dilute themselves unless it is absolutely neccesary for the greater long term benefit of all..... unless you can show that the insiders have been net sellers, than you have no basis in fact for citing the statement as bearish.....
