Brumar, I've written several times that the war is with Al Qaeda. Wasting our precious resources on Iraq is not a war on Al Qaeda, but more a matter of convenience and one reeking of ulterior motivations having little to do with the war on terrorism.

Since when should up to a million people die on the premise that somebody might do something, especially someone who entered two wars, one with US acquiesence (Iran) and the other with US ambivalence (Kuwait).

Bush's proper move would and should have been to have enlisted Iraq in helping us to identify Al Qaeda. I don't think we took that roote. Do you?
