VB, I hope you do well but you are taking a terrible risk in the ALGX common shares. You are much better off putting your ALGX money into the bonds. I posted my rationale on the Yahoo ALGX thread; basically the bondholders have much more protection if ALGX falls apart in the next few months. The banks have the power to force ALGX into Ch. 11 if they like.

If ALGX survives, the bondholders will still do very, very well.
