Rydex bear assets are at record highs, and the Rydex Ratios are reaching the extremes of prior important price lows. But what is interesting is that Total assets are growing even as bull fund assets continue to shrink. There is an unprecedented amount of new money coming into Rydex, and it is all bearish. While we would normally consider this a bullish sign for the market, I'm not sure we have seen the extremes for this cycle yet.
