a recent study has shown that aggressive growth funds(tech heavy weighted funds in other words) have been INCREASING there risk with relentess averaging down rather then selling). Guys like Gustafson and Reilly, to name but a few, have put their head in a noose and they know if they start selling when there are no buyers they will create their own death so they sit and sweat and do NOT sell. This has created a desperate situation., imo. Max
