Thanks for posting that article. It mirrors my own experience that rents are rising for lower income units in Southern California, despite the economy.

I have been pleasantly surprised that rents on my small lower income building in South Cal can be raised without too much complaining from the tenants. Some have looked around and found that there is not much available in that price range.


Whoa, be careful about posting mildly bullish news here. Good thing it's only anecdotal evidence. Don't you understand, the market is crashing? And no rants about the fed pumping and the crooked administration? Man you're liable to get banned...
