Not quite so stupid ... Those reactors under the Framework Agreement... Were designs that could not be used to enrich uranium. They could only make electricity, not be used for weaponry. NK is now producing weapons materials from other, older facilities, which can serve this dual use. Yes, those were 8 terrible years under Clinton. 8 years of peace and prosperity. The last 2 years have been so much better, I'm sure everyone agrees.
