Well, here we go: "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain! The great and powerful Oz has spoken! It wasn't the foam hitting the wing at launch! We already had our committee meeting on that one and management decided it! That one could be traced to back to us, and it would expose the poor way we run things...so it can't be the cause. We continue to investigate and prognosticate the root causes, which will hopefully, never be known.
