Andrew, As a UTEK shareholder (fairly new), I would like you to know that I appreciate your insight and wisdom in this area. Also, would you address a question, in reference to etching chambers in semiconductor equipment. With the transistion to deep submicron technology vis -a-via fine line geometries (0.25 and 0.18 microns) -- Do you believe the next generation of technical ceramics for the above applications will be non-oxide ceramics (compared to the currently used oxide ceramics) because of the aggressive processing environment that will be created?
