Because they are our neighbors and allies and that oil is not under question.....
Just wait and see what contracts Hellaburnin ends up with this year...then you'll know part of the answer. I wouldn't be surprised if W and Co are actually expecting Saddam to blow up fields just so their buddies and them will profit will huge oil price spikes that make them richer and bankrupt the economy further
