He's finished... He took his shot and was basically laughed out of court... Any remaining claim about termination or whatever would have no teeth...Holleran chose the dlp subsystem... His whole argument about owning the technology and rights etc. is finished... He could maybe ask for his job back but he can no longer hurt PJTV and since he has another company now that will probably be the last of this guy.
