You betcha. We shorters are clever and powerful. Alan Greenspan is one of us. We got him to pump up a GREAT BIG BUBBLE for us and prick it. We're having a heart-to-heart talk with him, though, about his inefficiency. It took him ten years to blow up that bubble and WE COULDN'T SHORT during that time!
