It's saying today's lows are pretty darn low, and we need a day or so of up to work off the oversold market. That's one reason I closed my puts at NDX 958. A little early (2-points so far) but this thing can reverse on a dime. CSCO took out the Dec. lows, so we may only be waiting for MSFT to fill a gap about $0.30 below where it is now.
