Controller Steve Westly He doesn't have a choice. He's the controller, and they need to fix the budget in CA before we go broke. If he were still with ebay he would oppose this. Ca is also going to tax wine at 9% now, that is a terrible idea because that industry is really on its knees. this state is toast, really.
