I'm not sure exactly what you mean here. I agree that the fact that clients are available everywhere for free, this guarantees that there will be clients everywhere that are compatible with BorderManager.

Again, I'm not sure what you read into this quote. BorderManager is already in Early Access and also includes third-party integrated components such as Microsystems CyberPatrol. I think NetWare has a very good track record of pluggable drivers and interfaces ... and all very high performance!

I'm not sure why this is a "bad" thing for Novell ... imitation is the best form of flattery ... especially when you have something that can only be superficially reproduced.
