why?

I really don't know

other then they are passionate and won't admit they just don't have all the facts the president does - how could they argue their case if they admitted that? and of course there is no way they can possibly have the scope of information Bush does

some are more anti-Bush then anti-war and this is a perfect vehicle to chirp their anti-Bush agenda

some watched too much of Conspiracy Theory

others quite frankly are still in the Vietnam mode - [an entirely different situation]

some people just read a very slanted angle and buy into the rhetoric they are selling

some are in denial of the monster Saddam has and what he is capable of doing
