Re Municipal Water. Maybe that's a good method. Find a pipeline, [perhaps going under a property which you buy]. Set up a small shed over it. Dig down. Drill through. Install an injection pump. Get a large bag of ricin. At the appointed hour, pump it in. Leave town. If it's going to a residential area, preferably apartment buildings so the drinking to gardening, industrial, car washing and other non-potable applications ratio is high, there would be a good kill rate per ricin. Activated charcoal in water filters would strip it out. So the kill rate might be disappointing if people stuck with that. Mqurice
