It is still Powell's job to deliver France at the end of the day and I think he will do just that. A tough diplomatic job not well suited to Rummy, Cheney et. al. Powell will look like a here when France signs up (remember, they have a carrier still headed for the Gulf) and that will be his revenge. Paul
