You can discuss an accident without abusing the other person - at least that is what I do.....what would shouting achieve? I guess most people need an incentive to see the other person's point of view....and its not like reading a book,its more like being in an office environment...or a pub... Abuse doesn't provide those incentives...a hostile environment will never foster communication....it puts the other person off......it builds our defences and walls....its a spiral....a self fulfilling prophecy...and it can only get worse.....and so there is no point in talking to a person who cannot remain civil while thrashing out differences... Oh well...to each his own... On another note, did you get thru the 300 posts...? <g>
