The insiders see that the end is near, so they are trying to line their pockets before they go under. Your major flaw in your logic is to assume that Xybr HAS a niche market. XYBR has a small share of this niche market and their Fortune 500 competitor has the lions share of this market. In fact, I can't think of one govt customer who has evaluated Xybr's Wearable against this fortune 500 company's Wearable and then made a decision to select Xybr. XYBR will keep trying to get investors to give them operating capital until they either go under or get money the old fashioned way - by selling their product. I'm still waiting for news that XYBR has even sold one Wearable computer this quarter.
