This is a complete travesty of justice. Here is a guy PAID and APPOINTED by the CITY OF OAKLAND to grow pot for the Aids and Cancer victims of the area.....and this was NOT allowed as evidence by the court.....talk about a complete breakdown in this country....WE THE PEOPLE OF CALIFORNIA voted to have this type of activity as LEGAL.....and certainly a move that was in the best interest of those sick with these diseases.....
Yet they allow a community person to be convicted of some crazed distribution charge with a life imprisonment penalty is just beyond belief. This is punishment of Cruel and Unusual Circumstances
It's a facist federal state....WHAT HAPPENED TO STATES' RIGHTS?
A position that get swept under the rug by this "states rights" Supreme Court
