You are correct with the weed and terrorist idea. That IS the point Terrorists can be funded by any number of sources....and I'm sure, have been. What if, as an example, we find that France has made some of the products that are sold to another country....say Libya....and Libya sells them to some terrorist group....and this group has been funded by Iraq.... Do you think that kind of thing has happened? Or has not?
