Mr. Guidi,

As a Durum Energy shareholder, as well as an Indo Pacific Energy shareholder, I would appreciate any update you could provide on the status of Durum. I am particularly interested in the status of the Ene Basin project in Peru, as it seemed to hold the most potential, and was a key reason for my becoming a shareholder several years ago. I have seen several cryptic references to "restructuring our interests in Block 66A" but no details. I have also not received any information (such as a quarterly report) in quite some time. Did Durum drop off the face of the earth (the share price would indicate that maybe it did). Also, any plans to move it from the VSE to NASDAQ, and/or upgrade INDX to full NASDAQ listing (from the "pink sheets")?

Also, how often do you intend to update the Web Site with news releases (which must be far cheaper than mass mailings), and do you intend to create a Web Site for Durum Energy?
