Why did France and Germany block Turkey from planning ahead and refusing to let them get prepared defensively, just in case. That is a willful violation of the intent of the NATO charter.

You say I can't interpret....I say your conclusion borders on logic of a ten year old.

America is creating the crisis by attacking pre-emptively. A position both France and Germany oppose. There would be no danger to Turkey otherwise and no need to shift anything. Turkey, itself a reluctant participant, has had to be bribed for their participation. So France and Germany should support a nation who allows itself to be used through bribes for an action that an overwhelming majority of its citizens oppose.

First off, it was in Iraqi territory, and Saddam has control of a large part of northern Iraq, plus Saddam has operatives there. What part of Powells speech on that didn't you understand. The attack on UK and France originated from Iraq territory, by Al qaeda members connected to Saddam. Saddam now has connections to the UNser El assam ,( I believe he called the group,); terrorist group. Of course Saddam tried to hide them in northern Iraq. That doesn't mean they aren't under Saddams control.

You embellish as well as any administration official. Tell me, we bomb Iraq everyday...why have we not bombed these camps? or the rocket test stands we deem illegal...which the inspectors said yesterday have been visited a number of times and found to be within allowable limits. Did you read the article I posted on the British dossier about which Blair made such a big fuss?

If they really were after the Australians, ...bla..bla

What's your point? Al Queda is a terrorist organization. We should be vigorously fighting it and pursuing it. Instead we are fighting Iraq and destroying the good will necessary to be successful.

Now how can that be. I thought you said the majority was against the war.

I never said that. I have said that the administration is manipulating the American public through fear. The majority of world opinion, beyond the reach of this sinister administration, is overwhelmingly against war.
