A new CRM vendor's marketing department is on the ball. They sent me an unsolicited email on their product. "EasyTrack CRM". Yet another robust price competitive product targeted at the SMB market. It has some impressive CRM capabilities for an off-the-shelf package. Look out ACT! and Microsoft CRM Standard edition ! Fortunately, FSTW doesn't focus/specialize on the SMB market ... or do they? I've lost track (get it?). easytrakcrm.com
