By the way, those funds were used to finance tax cuts for the wealthy. Total BS! Those funds have been "borrowed" for a long time to fund other Govt. expenditures as you say, but NO plan has EVER been made to pay it back! The problem is TOTALLY unrelated to tax cuts. You do realize that income tax and SS tax are two different things, don't you?
