You think YOU deserve more from this guy (because he is a smarter, harder working individual I guess). If the median guy makes $60,000 (you did not mention what the median was), that guy pays $8,460. When people like you that have no sense of fairness want to set the rules you would just make it so the normal guy did not chip in at all, and have somebody else pay all the bills. Since you obviously feel that 14.1% is too much for the average joe, what should this rate be iyo? And note that if you are in the bottom 40% or so you pay 0%. I know your party actually supports GIVING THESE PEOPLE MONEY TO LIVE HERE, but I think that is a total crock. Living in this great country for free is as good as it gets.
