No, but a good try--i will end the suspense?
Here is translation " I am going to select High Volatiliy stocks and place Outrageously Low Bids good-til-cancelleds on monday" I say good try because the HV should be HVSS, which renders as High Volatility Strong Stocks-(those that spring back hard following a "panic" sell day/week.)
Reasoning--when we hit the big dump there is that critical time period when there are virtually no active bidders and only(or virtually only) "sell at market! sell at market! sell at market!' orders flooding in.
At this point the MMs/Specialist have to fill the orders buy ripping up the GTCs and if you get lucky "Voila1", there sits your OLB and it will be filled in a blink. Those spike downs are so fast that unless you got a GTC they are VERY HARD to get filled. PaxMax
