Dain Bosworth is being quite conservative in their earnings estimates, in my opinion. If they are saying VIVUS will come in at $1.04 that is no big estimate. I think it will be much higher - 1.25 to 1.55 annual eps. VIVUS money machine is just getting untracked - it should do even better in the latter half of the year. It will be humorous to watch all of these analysts have to keep changing their predictions each quarter.

A thought - the recent upturn at around 31 may have shaken out a lot of the profit takers and now the stock could climb steadily upward toward 35 or more without as much profit taking and anticipation of the UK announcement and rosy 3rd q. earnings. Some shorts may start covering in earnest also. What do you think?
