Methinks that your primary issue might be one which we in the industry call a PEBCAK: Problem Exists Between Chair And Keyboard. Must have something to do with that ID 10 T circuit board you're using... Or is it that you won't treat anyone as an equal unless they act like an Idiot... Which of his actions over the past 12 years gave you your first clue? Take your pick... After all, you have the convenience of 12 years of 20/20 hindsight to fall back upon...
