"yet" is upon us, imo. i was peripherally involved with 3 VC deals for telecom infrastructure chip type stuff - design, not manufacturing - yes one was storage related - that were supposed to happen in the boston area. they ended up in china. this is only the beginning. EDIT: this was last fall.
