Caricom, i think that would make sense, if they load tricon with a lot of debt. if they sold the restaurants then they would have to pay a capital gain on any increase from the sale. but if they spin it off to the shareholders they shouldn't have any taxes that way . ( i think ) so move some of the debt to tricon.
if they weren't my largest holding i would be adding to it now. i've been fooling around with the calls a bit but pepsi will be in my port. for many years to come.
