Sure, and why not? Whup 'em good while there is a chance and a reason to use and test our own waste nuke weapons, small doses of the neutron bombs, microwave bursts, and our latest and meanest biochemical neurological weapons. Hence we can verify the magnitude of physical and mental impact and subsequent massive human suffering, and to test / study the impact on human population and on the environment for the next 50 years. It will also be a showcase to the world of our capability. It's not worse than what Saddam Husyan has been doing in his own country. It's a sacrifice for ensuring the welfare of future generations of mankind.
