The only guys coming to get us, are an amorphous band of terrorists with strong links to many countries, and despite our desperate search, no tenable links to Iraq. I'd say we're going after the weak guy with the cane and coke bottle glasses walking on the other side of the street from the big, tough, guys- because we can't find some of the big tough guys, and the other big tough guys we are afraid to fight.
