Sure and those IRA accounts by their nature are stuck with the long side for those funds unless one buys the exchange traded vehicles that mirror a shot position. I think its easier to follow a sector rotation approach rather than attempt to locate the winners. I personaly think the secular bear market is here to stay for quite some time (with its ups and downs inbetween). mad2
