Dear George: Well, as you know France and Germany have teamed up to have another SECRET plan of which they didnt even include the USA in. Now Russia says if it comes up for a vote they will support it. Calls for more inspectors and supposedly UN peacekeeping troops to go to Iraq and continue inspections. The word DISARMEMENT isnt even mentioned just inspections. Its OUR country that is under attack, if we got to rely on countries doing TREMENDOUS BUSINESS IN IRAQ (France has huge orders) to vote to do the right thing, I think we would be better off out of that institution. jdn
