The UN can propose a ten or a hundred fold increase in the number of inspectors. Publicly it looks great and would have the same impact as slow phased-in disarmament of Iraq. Maybe a UN peace keeping force. Boy, that would be a huge boon to Iraq's economy and Iraqi people. But would that meet US agenda? Definitely NO!
