The denial is that the US is attacking to STEAL OIL, not that France is trying to stop the war for there own interests. The connection I was referring to was several posts that criticized France for preventing the US invasion to protect its (France's) oil deals. Another post or two said the US should attack now to keep France from getting all the oil booty. (None of these were your posts, BTW). I just thought it was rather comical that France's maneuvering had flushed a few petro hypocrites out from hiding. I'll meet you at 10 am on the battleground at Chickamauga. You prefer knives or guns? Agreed...by the Wilder Tower...an Enfield muzzle loading musket for you and a Spencer breech loader for me. <g>
