3. We have become closely allied to a number of foreign governments that systemativally violate the basic principles in our own Constitution and Declaration of Independance. When we do this, we become complicit in their crimes. We need to distance ourselves from these regimes, or at least make it clear that it is a "marriage of convenience", and that we would welcome and encourage all governemnts that beleive in freedom of expression and democracy.
