The offer is $150. Read the details of the "poison pill", our right to Roche stock at a huge discount can be bought from us by AGPH for 1 cent/share. "Poison pill" only benefits us from hostile takeovers. I hope I am mistaken, I would like to hold AGPH for 6 yrs.
