Belgium, France veto NATO proposal to aid Turkey in the event it was under threat by Iraq. At this point in time, Germany's position is unclear.

My thoughts : is this the end of NATO as we know it ? I was under the impression that an aggression on a NATO member was treated as an aggression against all NATO members.
