Turkey formally asked NATO for help in the event of a conflict, France, Belgium and Germany negated the request. When I started thinking about my reaction to this news the word "disgrace" immediately came to my mind. When I read a couple of articles I discovered that Rumsfeld has used it, too - so I agree with him this time. The German opposition should start an initiative to get rid of Schröder. This fool mustn't be allowed to be (ir)responsible for German foreign policy any more. Currently he only represents 22% of the German voters.
