Did you really name yourself after the last trekking stop before Everest Base Camp in Nepal? That's right. I was there in the fall of 1992. Also went over the Cho La Pass to Gokyo where I got the best view of Everest. From the top of the Gokyo Ri in late afternoon, Everest was due east, cloud free in a cobalt blue sky with a full moon less than the moon's diameter above and to the north of the summit. Nothing else like it. Nice to hear from a fellow trekker.
