Cripes, it's about time the Mexican government quit dragging their heals......... Now, if ESWW can resolve the SEC suit. I've heard that the SEC is NOT seeking any fines as far as the company goes, as for the individuals involved....well that's another story. Pangia and his crew should be thrown in jail.
