Kevin,

There are no REFR "shills." What bothers you so much about independent investors investigating what appears to be some market manipulation in their stock trading? Anyone is welcome to short or go long any stock but Bill Wexler solicited REFR investors to write to him so he could send them his "report" on the "fraud." Now he backs away from dealing with the reality that NONE of the licensees have backed up his claims and the production of SPD technology has begun with several licensees publicly stating how they expect it to be in several products, the lastest of which is boat windows.

asensioexposed.com brings to light a lot of information that small investors should know and a lot of documented "coincidences" involving Asensio, Wexler and West Highland. Asensio admitted under oath that Wilkins helped him write some reports. I am struck, as other REFR investors are, by the similarities between Asensio's reports on REFR and by Wexler's accusations. He admitted going to Florida to check out Inspectech. Said he had a "real scoop" and yet nothing materialized.

The SEC is already looking into the activity of hedge funds. Bill has already admitted "pooling" money. I think it all bears further scrutiny and people should read asensioexposed.com and see the documentation. There also a place where you can forward it on to regulators and express your outrage that someone with a conviction was given a broker's license.

It's time to clean up the street. Not all shorts and hedge funds are dirty but the ones who are have a huge effect on investing and the economy.
