I think his philosophy is contained in the equation: cut taxes+spending=surplus, whereas he can't see: cut taxes +spending=deficit! Unfortunately, the idiot is speaking again today, wish he'd go back to the bunker and keep his mouth shut to give the markets a chance to recover. Guess he wanted to get out and trump the news that Iraq agreed to the U2 fly overs!
