Laugh it off if you want Kevin but it has to be just a matter of time before a few of the companies on that list convince the Naz or SEC to investigate.

Not all of the companies Wexler maligned were fraud companies. Many were simply too small to withstand the onslaught. If in fact it turns out there was some sort of organized collusion, this could become very ugly.

I've never been convinced that the world needed a self promoter like Wexler to presage the doom of lightly traded small caps.

Nor have I been very impressed by his results since I've observed him. If there has been collusion, then so much the less.

The term "shills" is a double edged sword used very effectively by Wexler but it cuts both ways.
